These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ph747 website located at ph747.app, its mobile applications, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ph747 Platform. ph747 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph747" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the ph747 Platform and all its affiliated entities.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the ph747 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the ph747 Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account by ph747.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual Philippine Peso deposits made by a Player into their Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to ph747.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 To access the full features of the ph747 Platform, you must register a personal Account. Each individual may hold only one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.2 You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. ph747 complies with Philippine law and PAGCOR guidelines regarding the minimum age for participation in gambling activities. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend your Account pending verification.

2.3 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document, a valid email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

2.4 ph747 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that a Player is located in a restricted jurisdiction, has provided false information, or poses a risk of fraud or money laundering.

2.5 Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to register Accounts on the ph747 Platform.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph747 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 You must notify ph747 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. You can contact our support team via live chat or email at any time.

3.3 ph747 will never contact you by email, telephone, or any other means to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from ph747 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.4 ph747 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the Account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 All financial transactions on the ph747 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph747 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by ph747 at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. ph747 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside ph747's control.

4.5 ph747 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which ph747 accepts no responsibility.

4.6 ph747 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 ph747 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain games (e.g., table games, live casino) may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

5.3 ph747 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's eligibility for a bonus at any time if we have reason to believe that the bonus is being abused. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to fulfill wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts.

5.5 ph747 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the ph747 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are regularly tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories.

6.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information panel. ph747 does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the game provider.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the affected round will be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the Player's Account. ph747 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.

6.4 ph747 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or any other irregularity that may have affected the integrity of the game outcome.

7. Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph747 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to ph747 immediately.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph747 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or ph747 staff.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the ph747 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of ph747 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

8.3 Any unauthorized use of ph747's Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 ph747 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 ph747 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of sensitive information.

9.3 ph747 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 ph747's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ph747 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to ph747's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or a competent court in the Philippines.

12.3 You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 ph747 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

13. 2 Your continued use of the ph747 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

13.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically.

14. Termination and Account Closure

14.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph747 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

14.2 ph747 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that a Player has violated this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In such cases, ph747 may withhold any funds pending investigation.

14.3 Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must stop using the Platform.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

15.1 If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms communicated to you, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ph747 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.3 ph747's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
